Suspect proudly announces the arrival of it's new Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute drum kit. It's been a long wait (12 weeks) because the kit was ordered with the sturdier Absolute lugs as opposed to the standard (and flimsier in our opinion) quick-release Nouveau lugs. The kit is a gorgeous "Cherry Wood" finish (read - wine red) and features 6- and 7-ply maple shells. The drums all feature the YESS tom mounts are are sized as follows: 10" X 9" tom, 12" X 10" tom, 14" X 12" tom, 16" X 14" tom and 22" X 16" kick. The kit complements the existing Recording Custom (birch shell) studio kit. The studio also offers a smaller Yamaha Stage Custom Birch jazz kit with 10" X 8", 12" X 9", and 14" X 14" toms and a 20" x 17" kick.
